- Are donations tax-deductible? No. Fund500 is not a registered charity at MVP.
- What does the verification badge mean? See how verification works.
- Why is the donate button disabled? The campaign has reached the $5,000 verification-pending cap. Donations resume after the organizer is verified.
For organizers
- How do I start a campaign? Use the wizard. It takes about ten minutes.
- When do I get my money? Funds are held until your payout account is verified. After verification, payouts run on a 7-day rolling schedule.
- Why is my campaign in review? Operator review can fire on category-specific signals; you will receive an email if more information is needed.
